We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Larger items such as beds, pens and litter boxes may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take 1-2 extra working days.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, email us and we will chase the courier and resolve it. You are not out of pocket for a delivery that goes wrong on our side.
