£3.95 standard, free on orders over £40. Express is £6.95 for 1-2 working days.
How long does it take?
2-4 working days for standard UK delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day go out the same day.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands?
Yes. Allow 1-2 extra working days.
What is your returns window?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. That is more generous than the 14 days UK law requires.
Who pays return postage?
We do if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. You do if you have changed your mind.
How do I size a bed or coat?
Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail for length, and around the widest part of the chest for girth. Sizes on each product page are in centimetres. If you are between sizes, go up.
Are the bed covers machine washable?
Yes. Every bed we stock has a removable cover that washes at 30 degrees.
Do the grooming brushes suit both cats and dogs?
Yes, the steam brushes and nail grinder are designed for both.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us straight away. If it has not been dispatched we will change or cancel it. Once dispatched, use the returns process.
